About This Project

Ingredients

  • 4 slices Timani Gluten-Free Multigrain Loaf
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • ½ cucumber, sliced
  • Sprouts (alfalfa, bean, pea)
  • ¼ cup crumbled goat cheese (plain or herb flavoured)
  • Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

 

Directions

  1. Remove goat cheese from the refrigerator
  2. Slice around avocado on the long side, separate by twisting and remove the pit with a knife blade. Scoop out each half with a spoon and slice into ¼ inch long segments.🥑
  3. Spread the desired amount of Dijon mustard on each slice of bread. Top 2 slices with crumbled goat cheese, cucumber, avocado and sprouts. Place remaining 2 slices on top of each sandwich, slice in half and enjoy!
