Ingredients
- 4 slices Timani Gluten-Free Multigrain Loaf
- 1 ripe avocado
- ½ cucumber, sliced
- Sprouts (alfalfa, bean, pea)
- ¼ cup crumbled goat cheese (plain or herb flavoured)
- Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Remove goat cheese from the refrigerator
- Slice around avocado on the long side, separate by twisting and remove the pit with a knife blade. Scoop out each half with a spoon and slice into ¼ inch long segments.🥑
- Spread the desired amount of Dijon mustard on each slice of bread. Top 2 slices with crumbled goat cheese, cucumber, avocado and sprouts. Place remaining 2 slices on top of each sandwich, slice in half and enjoy!
